SO LONG NEVER POST.
Suddenly back to blogging. Ehehes

Well, it has come to an end for me in USS le.
Yesterday was my last day in USS..so sad to leave
6 month have past le. So fast hor? How i wish i can
stay there longer..so much fun, joy and laughter that
i can never forget. Wish to go back 1 day :)

From Thursday onward will be working at the RWS
hotel site le. Hope it will be fun working there also.
althought the timing can be !@#$% still have to work
cause i left 6 month of internship. Gotta jiayou ! hahahas

Someone is making me worried..

Why? Busying with work of cause..
Now working at a new outlet call Discovery food court.
Its good i can say. Got lots of things to learn. Hahas.
They sell lots of food too..you should try it.
Now that im working alone without friend it feels so sian..

I will tell you know.
Ans: I'm lazy, tired to post? Hahas joking la.
Have been real busy since this month..
working at different timing makes me tired..
off day split de sian lor..
but anyway i've learn lots of thing at Mel's Drive In..
okay okay at the beginning i
use to say learn nothing right? but as i go along the
way i start to pick up more thing than usual ~
Learn deep frying
Learn to wrap 6-8 burger less than 1 min (i challange myself de)
Learn to eat all those fried stuff..but lucky i dont eat much.HAHAS !
i got control de hor mai siao siao.
Learn to make salad, my favourite. ehehe..
and many many more.

But today is my last day at Mel's Drive In.
Tomorrow onward i will be going to China Bistro, a
chinese restaurant.
Currently still dontno what going on..but will tell you soonner
or later ya. Just be patience and wait la.

Its been a long time since i post something ya?

Right now, i'm really enjoying my work ! at USS
Casa del wild. The people there are really very nice..
i have learn lots of thing over there, althought its not from
the restaurant menu i still learn something from them.
Different culture different race. But its really sad to leave that place..

Every month we will be rotating around the USS.
Tomorrow onward, i will be at Mel's Dive in.
Its a fastfood restaruant where brings you back to the 60s feeling.
Cool eh? Hahas. Gotta jia you ! Same goes for you all !

Its been a long time since i update my blog..

I have started working already, love my job. Very fun

Well..i didnt know that it is also played in the kitchen as well..

THEY REPEAT IT EVERY SINGLE DAY. SICK AND TIRED OF THE SONG UNTIL
I CAN WORK AND SING LIAO.

Like that i can open my own theme park liao. I bring you go playground then i sing the song then you play. LOL

Hahas..been very busy this week..sot liao.
dont even really have time to chat at msn..duh ~

My exam and EC crush together..very stress..
have to study and also think got my ec. Tomorrow
start le and my exam still going on till Friday..
Suppose to go early to help out de..but exam time taken
away..hais. THIS SUCKS!

Anyway ~ today i had my Comprehensive Exam ~~
quite a rush ah..had a 3hr30min sleep last night..wth.
turn in at 2 fall asleep at 3 LOLS. why? friend ask me this
"mien, DOTA?" i reply "okay a fast game." LOL
so this is how i get my 3hr30min sleep. PLEASE dont ask me
again why i sleep so late..
ANYWAY today still can wake up on time. Feeling like no different
if never sleep -.-
Woke up 6.30am, leave house at 7.15, reach school at 7.50.
Exam start at 8 ~ ( start 8 end up 8.30)
My exam menu was
Appetizer : Cesar salad with grilles chicken
Main : Salmon (2 portions)

Well well ~ feel so relax when cooking LOL. GOT 3hr to cook..
First 1½hr so boring ~
Next ½ starting cooking. YEAH !

Not not so kan chiong like last term late for presentation..
Today on time ya. hahas
Cos know what to do already..
1pm ends..clean up about 1.30 then have to wait till chef taste
finish the food Zzzz..
by the time it was already 2pm then have to hear them talk talk talk..

After talk finish leh, got 1 more last thing to do.
SCRUB kitchen. WTH..
SCRUB till 3.30..then cai release..

But im glad its over ~

And 1 more thing..
Have been asking myself "Am i really having fun once i step in to the culinary line?"

anyway bo bian..have to do it..
First try to scared dao..the so called tail flapping then i throw back.. LOL
still bo bian i have to poke from the butt..i take again, this time i press
and hole it down..take chopstick then POKE! OMG..i tell you HOR, you can
actually hear the lobster making noise ! WHAT THE HECK !? its like in pain?
Indeed it is..dont believe you can try yourself. Go take the bamboo stick and
poke your own butt hole see pain anot..AND DONT LAUGH.
My friend come help, tio scared and drop the lobster twice..LOL
Then 1 chef came to us and say, "dont pity the lobster, pity yourself its your
job to do it..we chef are ment to be cruel, if you dont pity yourself, how you
going to earn money..just POKE IT like this..". LOL
Then here it goes again..i have to poke it. In the end i feel guilty..like i killed
someone..LOL. "i'm sorry lobster, i was force to do it, dont mind me..although
i enjoy eating you. RIP"

Okay, after lobster. Move on the the abalone ~
The reason is because tomorrow night they having a wedding ceremony, thats why..
Open 1 big box of abalone ~ can by can opened. poured into a mixing bowl and it
smell like lychee? lol
nvm after all that. almost time to go home
it was about 6pm?
had some group photo taking with Chef Eric and Ex Chef ~
and we were ask to come back next week, either Monday or Tuesday
for dinner at Melt restaurant again !

Long time no post..guess im a little busy ya?

But i have something to share with you all.
Well, i just read my mail and i happen to receive
this poem.. Its about "Family ties"

F A M I L Y

Eat a $90+ free buffet dinner at Mandarin
Oriental so shiok..

I eat till like no one else business ~
The food was good, so many type of dishes
and i dontno how tell you..you must go try it
yourself. Its called Melt, The World Cafe ~ whooo !

Didnt manage to take photo of those nice delicious
food buy manage to take some photo of the pastry
side.

The Pastry was so damn good that i take each 1..LOL
Total got 6 kind and many more others things.
The last 2 picture was just only for display..you cant eat them
UNLESS you pay >.< quite expensive..ehehes

In the end, eat till very full but lucky i drink tea ~
so i wont feel bloated O.o
If got chance again i sure go eat again..wahahaha!
Guy, please go try too. Its really good :)

Had a nice chat with my chef today
during lunch, they are all joker de
LOL. They named 1 of the chiller
(Dustbin). Whenever they say throw
"THIS" in the dustbin, i will go to that
chiller open the door and Throw ~
( Dont get caught can already =] )
thats what my chef said..LOL.

Not much work to do today..
Kind of slacking cos today F1 last day,
so nothing much to prepare le.
And i told them, i will be back ! during my
next attachment..they no comment -.-''

Tomorrow is the day where i gonna be a
real living zombie..gotta go back city hall
again..not mandarin oriental but charcoal
restaurant..same Mrt stop but different ways..
located at The Treasury building. If got time go
there eat ~ 8hours again, i got no rest~ just keep
continue.. you all may not know how tired i really
am..i'm bearing with it..really going to have panda
eyes soon ~

Tomorrow 8pm got buffet dont be late! its our hard

Sleep..is what i need now..
Very tiring since i starting working in
the kitchen last friday from 9am to 5pm
stand for 8hours..woot real tired i can say..
but its okay, i learn lots thing and stuff there ~
The chef at mandarin oriental were very kind ~
Keep asking us want to eat or drink anything?
but non reply..hahas. All very ps at the 2nd day ~

Today even better, do so many thing..but i dont
mind ~
Can even learn to chop lobster ~ ehehes :)
and can chop till hand pain -.-
chop almost 2 carton..1 carton dontno how many
maybe 50+ about there ~
lunch and dinner is free! song hor? hahas.
I 1 time take alot O.O eat till sibei full.
Friends also the same but they are worst..
Me is take food..they take water -.-'' 1 time
2-3 cup of water..got green tea, got teh tarik,
and orange juice..is okay to drink :)
(tell you something, after the mix the drink and drink
it, they went toilet straight away. Know what i mean?)
HAHAHA !

Arh..weather so hot.
Keep showering with cold water.
Also no use..hais.

This week is exam week.
So far..today paper still okay.
Can do..the question came out
just as i thought. Ehehes.

So bored..i want to do something fun,
But all studying now. My holiday taken
up by the F1 catering race. Arhhh..cannot
relax le.

Then when i schooling, friends having holiday.
LOL. Different timing..cant do anything also.

My school training attachment starts on 28 sept,
right after the F1 catering. As you can see i 6 month
no break..only Sunday.
The attachment is 3 month..thats why 6month.
Dontno will fall apart a not..This path that i walk
is a hard life. It can be enjoyable sometimes but mostly
have to be serious.
Friends also ask me go find a gf..i so busy find what gf worh..
Even if i have, wait i cook halfway the girl run with another
guy i also dontno ._. but its hard to say :o

Konnichiwa !

Here's the Macarons recipe for those who
want it.

125g sugar
75g egg white
100g ground almond (sieved)
50g icing sugar (sieved)

Whisk egg white till soft peak
then add ground almond, icing sugar
and a few drops of coloring.
Bake at 150 degree celsius
for 10min or more.

Hello all !

I know..its 2am and im still awake blogging :)
Well, theres nothing much to say..
just that yesterday morning, which is saturday.

Its my first time woke up late..suppose to wake up
at 7.15am but dontno what happen, i woke up 10min
late then sit on the bed telling myself "today, its a bad
day for me.." Feeling so sleepy went to take a shower
and went to school. Although its a last lesson for the
term and last lesson for pastry lesson. End up being
moody..

During lesson..didnt do much work, most is my partner
do..looks like hes enjoying and me feeling sleepy -.-''
We did 3 things during lesson. Fruitcake, Butter cake
and Macarons ~

Fruitcake

Butter cake, see what my partner did..
he wrote a work "Noob" to show thats
mine cake ~ for his he wrote "Pro" thats
lame ya.. Can see?

Macarons

Green one looks nice ya? but sad to say..its the other group de..
Brown de then belongs to my group..we work in a group of 4
starting my group want pink i want green..
but end up doing pink.."Eeee pink not nice"
later chef came and see say too watery. Ask to redo..this time
they say do green..i happy for a moment then i walk away to
take the coloring, come back "I SEE PINK AGAIN..WTH THEY
LIE TO ME !" FINE..see the 2nd picture? brown right? I tell you
why brown. The mixture was pink so i add green, yellow, orange,
red and purple thats why brown. Wahahaha..THEY FORCE ME !
(i very bad right? hahas. This is what happen when you lie to me
and take away my GREEN !"

Arh..exam coming soon, gotta study..

TOday morning..alarm rang at 7.15
and i thought was sunday..wanted to

Hello hello !

Today woke up 7am feeling so sleepy -_-
yawn ~ take a bath then go school..
today in school so busy, cooking buffet..lols
friends all rushing around the kitchen like ants
then i go fried chicken..starting was okay until
the oil start to splash here and there, then i got
scalded on my hand face also kena dont laugh..
so pain..hais. Bo bian have to carry on cooking
we start at 8.15am serve at 10am but dontno
why got delay till 8.45 then start cooking. But
its okay still make it in the end ~
After cooking so tired..didnt eat breakfast lol.
To tell you the truth both breakfast and lunch
never eat ._. shhh dont tell my mother okay?
hahas. okay back to where i stop..next go for
lesson. sian..got sort of feeling like wanna skip
lesson but in the end i still go..see? i so guai.
i WONT pon or skip lesson de. WAHAHAHAHA.
after lesson end about 2.30pm then went to Lot1
meet friend..go there also dontno do what..keep
walk around the shopping center then about 4pm
went back..reach home so tired and i went to take
a nap..okay thats all ~

Hello all !

Didnt sleep well yesterday night..
slept at 2am+ :o early huh? hahas
This morning wake up so sleepy..
Bo bian, have to go for pastry lesson.
Today lesson is making Puff pastry..

althought it may looks ugly but nice..

Inside the puff, theres tuna or apple..
O.o apple taste le very sweet >.< i dont
like..prefer tuna ya. Bring some back let
family eat.
After pastry went home change and go
gym with friend as usual..at cck ~
Reach there 4pm starting working out..
today dontno what happen..force myself
to do lots of training
i think i sot liao? hahas. joking
after that go back at 6pm, bath and change
then go for dinner. (Half way when walking..
i can feel that my body something is wrong..
like very hard..as if like im on fire..so so so
dontno how to explain..maybe i force myself
too much.) Nehmind ~
After dinner about 7pm went to friend to let
bath and change too..lol
Then about 8.30pm we went Lot 1 walk walk
and decided to watch a movie "Where got ghost"
i check the timing of that show..9.40pm bottom seat..
eeeee i dont want ~
next time timing i check is 11.50pm O.O the seat okay okay..
so i bought ticket..then i check my hp time 9pm..okay GG
have to wait till 11.50pm (2hr50min) i can wait till siao..
by that time all shops close le sian.. so i wait and wait..
Finaily 11.50pm so many ppl outside the cinema..all kiasu
so i join in..ehehe..
later on when the show start..hais..
i really dont understand why cant they sleep properly..
in front of me theres a woman(fat) keep bouncing the chair
so irritating and the chair keep knocking on my leg..so i play
in as well. The chair bang my leg 1 time i kick 1 time(total 16)
she turn back i heck care ~ lai play with me more i kick more.
The next time i just gonna aim the head ya.
Show ended 1.45am. WOAH..so early and yet no bus le..
so plan B, from Lot 1 walk to yew tee together with my friend
Reach home 2.20am, mother watching CD..i never go care..BUT
i check the table..left 2 puff -.- i take about 8 and left 2 lol. nehmind
next time can bake again ! ehehe..

Today got some sad news ~~

Due to last night..dontno what

father..later at about 1330 go sean house meet

never go see doctor..either i slowly

why? Cos i lost my chef
uniform..FREAK !!!!!!!!
yesterday after my practical
lesson, i change back to my
normal casual wear..i remember
i fold my uniform, apron and cap
together..3 of them are all white..
i keep all together in to 1 plastic bag..
then put inside my locker..then my
friend ask.."whose uniform is this..
and i go tell him not mine.." then he

TODAY afternoon..my practical lesson

till late late.. Second, i have to
wake up and go school..sobb
i wanna sleep too.. Third,
lesson ends at 3.30pm just
for 2 subject.. each subject
takes 3hours and 1hour of
lunch break.. Aiyo.. why cannot
Mon - Fri nia.. then Sunday..
no need say de..i confirm be a
pig de..sleep till late late..hahaha

But okay la..still can cope with the
teaching and practical..anyway..
its just 1 year in Shatec.. 2 years
of attachment..must work hard..

After english lesson.. go for Fundamentals
of Hospitality Hosting..that was second lesson,
in that lesson..hais same thing happen..

the chef is new also..ehehe.
In this lesson at least better..no need
to "INTRO" cos the chef itself also say

anyway..that chef speech was so long..
and and during Monday no lunch time
break..all the way to 7.30pm..but today
i think lucky..the chef gave us 1hr break..
oh boy..i was over hunger..ehehe.
Then after the break retrun back to school..
Chef want show us around the Kitchen..WOOT
very warm inside..i buey tahan.. inside the
kitchen 1hr talk talk talk..
after that all done talking can go home..
Once i step out of the kitchen, i got a headache..
damn it..not use to it yet..i guess..neh mind
sure get use to it de..

Okay..lets just say today
it suck !.. Wake up so early
at about 5am dontno for what..
Orientation start at 8.30am..
i 7am go bath..leave house at
7.35am..reach Shatec 8am nia..

then then from 8.30am onward ~
till 10.30am i sit there like an
idiot..listen to them talk and talk
and talk..i was like WTH? LOLs
then they bring us go tour around
the school..so many staircase..walk
till blur..dontno where liao..which
part of the school..
oh well..then later go buy kitchen
uniform.. 2 set uniform,1 half aipron,
1 full aipron, cap and polo T..

Next buy shoe..$28 -.-''
arh..after all the buying stuff..its
about 12.30pm..had my lunch there..
they got buffet..like kns ~ but still finish
it..dont waste food..then at about 1.30pm
getting ready to go Safra at yishun..
reach there 2pm.. jeez.. carry so many things
anyway the place is nice..had my group activities
there..where we learnt to know each other
well, work as a team and many more..
HOLY..14/14.. 10/14 smoker.. 4/14 include me
NON smoker..=] see i so guai never smoke de..
only see them smoke nia.. smoke more die faster

phew..time past ya? it was 5.45pm all stop le
go rest 6.30 leave that place..and guess what
i saw my secondary school PE teacher..he was
enjoying so sort of food over there..looks good

then i go off le..reach home 7.30pm ~

Next time..i got no saturday le..sobb
have to go back school even on saturday..

ITE..hais..bo bian what to do? just go study lor..

Hahaha..looks like my mood is
back and my flu is getting better.

Well..anyway..today i went to take
my medicial report..and guess what?
i must be blind liao..never see the
appointment time..it says 11am -.-
and i wake up at 8am, reach there
about 9am..but heng ar..the auntie
say the print is ready..if not have to
come back at 11am to take..LOL.

letter from Shatec Institutes..its an
Orientation letter..actually
the letter were given out on 13 march..
but nvm..they say i have to go back there
at 1 april (April Fool Day). Dontno this letter

liao then they say..APRIL FOOL ! HAHA.. -.-''
time is 8.30am to 6pm..woot 1 full day wor..
gonna die from that..somemore must wear

and interview at shatec yesterday..
$100 is the fee.. =(
its kinda nervous during the interview..

another boring day~
morning wake up 10am..
go wash up..then go coffee shop
eat breakfast.. At about 11am i on tv
watch chl 5 cooking de, so interesting
ehehe..watch dao 1pm..then i go
on computer and play maple~lol
getting ready for 2x event from
2pm to 4pm, after that my jie come
online, i go train her pirate during
2x time..which i own her..cos i break
promise that time (sorry jie).
she lvl up 2 times during the event
now lvl 16. Than at about 4pm the event
end, i off computer and go cook maggie-
mee to eat, was so hungry..ehehe
Then at about 6pm+ parents came back
and mother cook for dinner..
after dinner, i go watch movie with my
friend at lot 1..at that time was 9pm
show start at 9.30pm..almost late..

the show was pretty good but i still
dont understand some parts of the movie..
then show end at 11.15pm...yawn~ abit tired
le.. so we took bus 307 and went back home..

have to cycle back and take dinner
